    The Tai Chi in Sedona series is best used as reference videos.
    This will be most helpful to students who have studied with me in-person.
    It is not easy to follow the entire form exactly as it appears on the screen; given that the Tai Chi form is best learned in-person and practiced in open spaces .

Hints:

  • Try the form in small parts.
    You can adjust the speed to slow it down for a better view and easier to follow.
    Try it out, have fun, and get some exercise.
    Adjust and move as you need.
